I started with Leap as a Store Leader in the fall of 2019 and was later promoted to Senior Retail Manager, overseeing three of our NYC locations. I was called to support New Store Openings during my time on the field team, which provided me the opportunity to construct a development plan to join the Retail Operations department. I now manage projects while partnering with each department to transform a commercial area into a fully operational retail environment.
