Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Leap celebrates and honors the experiences and paths of our teams and recognize these as strengths. We know that for Leap to be successful and continue to scale, our approach to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion will require the intentionality, investment and resources to achieve meaningful goals no different from business goals.

This is a journey we started in 2021. We're off to a great start and look forward to the work at hand in support of our teams, customers and communities we serve.

Jackie Volney

I’ve found a lot of enjoyment in mentoring others, and have gained confidence in delegating duties out to everyone working with me on the floor. That way we are able to strategize together and I’m able to free up more time to create space for myself to take on greater challenges in my own role.
